shipping policy
At Sloen, we ship worldwide and treat each order with the same level of care that goes into the frames themselves. Below are the full details of our shipping process, policies, and expectations.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and select international regions. If your destination isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to support@sloen.co and we’ll do our best to assist.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note: Orders placed during peak periods, holidays, or product launches may require additional processing time.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to us due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts:
-The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees (both original and return)

At Sloen, every frame is crafted with care, intention, and precision. Our products are produced in limited numbers and undergo a meticulous inspection before leaving our hands. 2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exception within 3 days of delivery. All such requests are subject to review and approval.
To request a defect evaluation:
1. Contact us at support@sloen.co within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
3. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization (RMA). Returned items will be inspected. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Sloen reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet our standards for defect evaluation.
3. Return Conditions (Defect Exceptions Only)
For any return to be accepted under a defect claim:
-Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
-All original materials must be included: case, cleaning cloth, protective foam, branded box-Security tags and protective seals must remain attached and untampered
-The return must be shipped back within 3 business days of RMA issuance Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the return being rejected
4. Rejected Returns
If a return is submitted without approval, or fails to meet the return conditions, it will be denied. You will have 7 days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your own expense. If no response is received, the item will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
5. Responsibility
Sloen is not liable for damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear. We are also not responsible for returned items lost in transit without proper tracking andconfirmation.
